Emails

While working with Kudo,

I created several emails for the brand, many of which incorporated movement, as shown in the example here. These emails maintained the design consistency established across other content, delivering a fun yet informative tone

that resonated with the

brand’s voice.

Background

As an Art Director at Bold Strategies, I was tasked with building a cohesive e-commerce presence for Kudo Protein Popcorn, which lacked consistent brand guidelines. Using their website as a reference point for its most up-to-date design, I developed a suite of assets, including:

  • Amazon listings for all products and pack varieties

  • Social media ads to boost engagement

  • Email campaigns with consistent branding

  • A refreshed Amazon brand store

The designs I made maintained a unified look and feel, providing Kudo with a framework for future content creation beyond our scope of work.

Social Ads

This is an example of a social ad I designed for Facebook and Instagram. It uses movement to capture attention, with a clear and prominent CTA that’s easy for consumers to engage with. The ad aligns with the cohesive look and feel established across all other creative assets.

Amazon Listing

Creating the Amazon listings for Kudo involved a strategic approach. We highlighted the product's caloric benefits, emphasized key callouts like being made in the USA, and boosted credibility by featuring the founder alongside a professional athlete. The listings also included lifestyle imagery to show that people from all walks of life could enjoy the product. Throughout the process, I ensured that the look and feel remained consistent with all other creative assets I produced for the brand.

Amazon Brand Story

One of the newer features on Amazon is the "Brand Story," which we utilized to showcase

Kudo's benefits, lifestyle imagery, and product photography. This section also included direct

links to product listings, serving as an effective segue between the listings and the A+

below-the-fold content.

Amazon A+

For the Amazon A+ strategy, we prioritized including live text for keyword optimization, alongside product demonstrations and lifestyle photography. We reinforced key benefits and callouts while introducing new details, such as highlighting the nutritional information and comparing the products to the amount of protein found in eggs.

The brand store came together smoothly after developing the other content, as it simply needed to unify everything in an easy-to-navigate format. It maintained the cohesive look and feel established across Kudo’s various media, featuring fun imagery, product visuals, key callouts,

and shoppable opportunities.
